kathimack @smpz I'm not home right now..but when I get home I'll check..I think they are..I have to tell u..they are the most gorgeous pant I've seen in a Long time!!! if they were size 8..I'd sure as heck keep!!! the stained HEMS are prob from someone trying on in dressing room and dragging...well worth the money..in a heartbeat!! I'll double check if lined when I get in about 12..
