COCHITI PUEBLO STORYTELLER BY ANNETTE TAFOYA ROMERO!
The Pueblo de Cochiti is the birthplace of the Storyteller. Each artist interprets the figurative image differently. This storyteller holds three smiling babies in her arms.
The potter, Annette Tafoya Romero has been making these since the ‘80s. All the materials are gathered from the reservation and close to where she lives. She digs all her own clay and then hand builds each piece. Her work is truly collectible.
