luvit454 @mcook79 I guess I was under the impression that most of their bags had a serial number. Usually there’s a leather stamp on the inside, though for a while they were sewn into the seam on a white tag. I was just trying to find a way to make sure it’s not a knockoff.

luvit454 I’m just concerned because most of the red plaid tartans on Poshmark look like fakes. It’s especially weird that the ‘C’s don’t align. Unfortunately many stores have been having trouble with people buying real bags and returning fakes. Dunno, I’m still learning how to tell the difference.

mcook79 @luvit454 lots of the smaller ones do not have the leather stamp inside. One common sign of knockoffs is that the lining will not be a solid color or satin. The zippers on fakes do not have the “coach” stamped on it. I’m not sure how else really. I’m sorry I can’t be of more help, other than guaranteeing that i am 150% positive that it is authentic. 😉
