Reposhing this item I purchased from @mfitzie617. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new! PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION IN PHOTO #8 FROM WHEN I ORIGINALLY PURCHASED THIS BAG EXPLAINING BROKEN CLASP AND SCRATCHED HARDWARE THE BAG OPENS FINE AND WHILE OPENING, OCCASIONALLY THE PART OF THE CLASP THAT IS BROKEN NEEDS TO HE PLACED BACK IN PLACE WHEN CLOSING. WHEN THE BAG US CLOSED, IT STAYS CLOSED BECAUSE OF THE MAGNETIC STRIP CLOSURE AT THE TOP OF THE BAG. saavedia Hi, does the broken hardware affect the ability to use the strap for carrying the bag?

snowflakefun @saavedia Hi, no it doesn’t affect the strap. I will try to upload a video on opening & closing the bag, but I need someone to hold my phone/camera while I do it. I can upload just a video of the bag itself for now.

annshelton HELP. an elderly friend of mine ordered a black Cole Haan crossbody from you 4 days ago and she said she's having some kind of problem making sure that it's going through.
