Magnetic flap closure .  Gently pleated on the front, which continues over onto the back. Approx.  14 inches wide X  8 inches tall X 3inches front to back at the base. Dark Brown leather strap approx 1 1/8 at the widest in the middle, tapering to 3/4 inch at each end where it is attached to polished nickel rings on each side; total length approx 16 inches, NOT adjustable Slip pocket on the back side, lined with light lavender fabric Dark Brown leather Coach logo  hang tag attached. Inside has 2 compartments, both  lined with light lavender fabric. The smaller is a large slip type pocket with dark brown leather trim at the top.  The larger section has  1 zippered  pocket  on one side  with Coach dark Brown leather patch (Creed) on it.  On the opposite side are 2 slip pockets, perfect for cell phone/ipod etc.
