@sinistra11 These gorgeous, supple booties do not come with the charms. As cute as the charms were, they were distractingly noisy. Even when I wore jeans that could potentially buffer the sound. So I removed them.

Oh, sorry I neglected to respond to your question about the heel. The heels on these booties are fine, almost perfect. I hate to give them up, but I'm having foot problems, thus my selling of this booties (and the Gucci lug soled loafteers). My loss is another person's gain;-)
