chenellelombard @emilyann1983 Hi Emily, the bag is approx: 12 X 10 X 4 so about average size. As for shoulder comfort, I think it’s a perfect fit to feel comfortable and secure holding it. The material isn’t stiff so it forms to your side a bit too. It also has adjustable straps so you can change the length to fit your body and/or preference.
