I beat this up pretty hard commuting to and from the city for work for 5 years a long time ago and the bag needed some TLC. There was some shred on one glazed edge area, rub on the corners and discoloration in spots. I polished up the hardware, repaired the edge to the best of my ability and treated the leather with Angelus products to correct discolorations/flaws. Lastly, it was cleaned and conditioned multiiple times. I am pretty happy with how it turned out and think you will be too! NO hang tag.
