coolmelanie I'm not quite sure the proper way to measure the insole, But this is what I got. Front to heel: about 7.25 or 7.5". Bottom heel (part touching ground) 1,5". Entire heel section: 2.25". Let me know if there's a better more accurate way. MWAH!
