I know there's been some back-and-forth and I’m sorry to be wishy-washy, but as I continue to understand more about the algorithm, I want our time here to be more effective. Here’s why:
Right now, the algorithm is rewarding activity (the simple fact that we are sharing), not what we are sharing. Adding filters just makes the process take longer. We need to make our time useful for maximizing algorithmic visibility!

@lenoregarnhum hey yes you are correct BUT IF SOMEONE SHARES A LISTING THAT SOMEONE IS SEARCHING N POSH HAS PUSHED IT UP IN THE ALGORITHM due to LIKES, TITLE N DESCRIPTION THEN THAT ITEM GETS PUSHED UP. WHICH RESULTS IN SALES. That's what understand. Kinda the more activity on an item posh rewards us.

@lenoregarnhum also look at it this way if we just share junk then we might as well not be sharing, for me I want my most sought after items shared... like yesterday I picked sweaters in one of my groups n I sold a sweater, also think about it how do we receive likes, it usually from a couple of ways someone with in the app, or out side thru goo....g...le either way posh pushed it out!!

@lenoregarnhum thank you! This is perfect and what I thought we were to do from the start- either pick random or top 3 only. It is much faster. I scroll through really fast then randomly hit it to stop with my finger and that is the item I share, I do that 3 times for random (if it isn’t an item for sale I move to the right until it is). @lenoregarnhum inside the app, the like is possible comming from one if our pffs share groups or a host pick. Im headingto a back apt. n i dont mean to stir things up, but thats one reason why I've always done two different kinds of groups, firva couple reasons many personal want to pick and some don't have lets say kids or even women jeans, so it always them to pick what they want. 😘

there is so much to think about how to go forward with all these changes. I’m still participating in your groups mixing in a couple other groups that are Posher’s choice or a designated category..different groups each day to support different friends who are running groups..

just like you, I’ve hosted lots of community sharing groups. I was doing the big huge share events. I had fun with, but it got to be too much. I really enjoy doing the daily smaller groups better.
I’ll give this concept a try and see how it goes. Eventually, I may move back to Posher’s Choice/more shares.
It’s good that were are all running different groups with different themes and share requirements…

@cyndlyn hello. I just looked at your shares. It looks like you’ve shared everybody that I tagged. This is a game where I tag people and they sign up only if they want to. It’s not like the big events that we signed up for sometimes. This is a daily share group. I tag everybody in case they’re interested and then they sign up on the days that they want to. So once I’ve done tagging people if you look through the comments you’ll see who actually signed up that’s what you’re supposed to share.
