serenity_style_ @smileyjo2 because when you look at escrow n the closing documents you need to know what they mean, n when you make your monthly payment what goes to principle n interest....etc. shes getting an eye opener for 3 or so years she's been staying at grandma's house 🏠 that passed this year

serenity_style_ @smileyjo2 n only paying internet n utilities, shes on our auto, so she now got her own n homeowners insurance its so funny she makes really good money as a manager but she had no clue the cost of some of this stuff. She'sbeen able to stock up her money 💰 for 3 or more years so debit free n now her big chunk of money 💰 is gping for a big down payment

My daughter who got married this summer has been looking to buy a house, too! She has been renting for ten years and has always wanted a house but didn't feel she had saved enough for down payment.

I'm getting anxious because we have an old farm house so concerned about room but hopefully everyone will just enjoy being together visiting and dpllaying games, etc. Haven't even had time to think of menu with us going in to babysit three days a week. 🤣

serenity_style_ @smileyjo2 yes its extremely painful 😒 put I try n sit a lot when holding baby cuz he gets heavy when he leaves I'm exhausted 😩 if im doing the majority of taking care of him.. usually our who family's together ❤️ so we share him n that works best. Oh hun your house is cozy n comfortable n the laughs n talks will be cherished thats wounder yiur parents are able to join

serenity_style_ @smileyjo2 usually as we get older traveling is just to difficult 🙃 yes we will have all kids together our traditional meal is fondue 🫕 steak, pork, chicken, 🍤 shrimp and cheese roll small cubes/pieces of gouda, havarti, mozzarella hubby n I spend 2 or so hours

serenity_style_ @smileyjo2 making a breaded coating for all the cheeses, egg 🥚 whites and Italian bread crumbs then cheeses, dip in whites then bread crumbs we have to do twice so crumbs get totally coated.

And we all want to be together ❤️ Daddy n Iare all ok with that. Its just to much to try n fit in on Christmas 🎄 eve because all the preparations cutting meats up.
