Hi there not sure how to read the measurements I am 5’ 165 what is recommended? I go by pant sizes 16-18 I am confused

@mandyila the measurements are the waist on one side, so for instance if it says 16" that would be a 32" waist, hope that makes sense and I'm happy to help when they arrive

@mandyila correct. POL does run large usually, and they do provide measurements on their website, however, as I said, I do measure each pair and I also try some on so I can give people a perspective on what size fits me as a size 12.
