silverton_gurl @uditaudita it is 52” around from underneath the arms through the trunk of the jacket. It does not flare. It can be buttoned or unbuttoned- 5 buttons from collar to hem. It is 27” long from shoulder seam to hem. Arm length is 24”

silverton_gurl @milkywaybeads it is a 52% cotton 48% polyester blend with a brocade weight similar to a mid grade denim in texture. Machine wash cold gentle cycle. Sorry for the delay. It’s been a long day!
