Unique and fabulous rhinestone-encrusted piece, likely made in the 1960s. Stamped CINER. Made from gold metal, with rhinestones clustered at the center and dotted at the edges. Measurements (appx): 2.8in widest x 2.9in highest. Pre-owned vintage piece in very good condition. Some color loss to the gold metal setting, mostly to the back (see last 3 images).
