Hi!
Waist is 17 inches across (34 total) with some stretch. You can also tighten the waist down by about two inches via the front and back laces.
Pit to pit, the dress is 19 inches, also with some stretch.
In my opinion the dress is a true “large”. I’m in between sizes medium/large and it’s a bit big on me.
