Christopher John Rogers is a huge rising star in the CFDA and friend to Oprah and Tamron Hall. His run at Target (you should see the handiwork on this dress) sold out in 2 hours. The face framing ruffles harken back to the 80s but the silhouette is decidedly modern and can be worn with strappy metallic sandals, white leather sneakers or knee high boots. The fabric is insane.
