The hem is also smocked, creating a blouson effect. The fabric tag indicates 55% linen and 45% rayon. A small area of loose threads and fabric sewn crooked is in the bottom smocked hem but it isn’t noticeable while wearing. Besides that small flaw, this too is in great condition.
