The bottom of the shoes have a clear protector that you can remove. What you get: Original box Dust bag Rubber heal replacements 2 additional Swarovski crystal replacements MSRP was $1195 at the time. Purchased from SAKS Wear and tear: There are a few small scuffs (please see pics), the inner sole on one of the shoes are raising a little but nothing that cannot be easily fixed with glue. These are amazing timeless shoes but unfortunately do not fit anymore. I hope they find a new home!
