myremadee @nazaninaskari67 hello ...the vintage bag is in very good condition the leather is very soft and the bag is meant to be very slouchy and relaxed but I liked it a bit more structured so I added the felt insert ..it is actually a little to big for the bag but it is one I already had ..if you do not want the felt insert I can lower the price 30.00 ,also the lock has the slightest bit of wear on the edges ...it is an iconic and unique bag for sure though ...karren
