Artsy, unique jacket shirt from Chico's. Sheer black, with little silk and cotton blend "scraps" stitched on. Mother of pearl buttons all the way down the front. Mandarin collar. Tagged as a size 1 (like a S/M), measurements below. No stretch, best worn a little loose. Like-new condition.
