CHICO'S Navy Shirtwaist Dress xl

This is polish and comfort in one versatile item. Dress has a high/low hemline that touches the knees in front and short sleeves that offer ample batwing cover. V-neck and color with a placket across the back and pockets. Cotton/poly blend with 4% spandex but this item does not stretch out. Wear it as a dress with sandals in summer or tights and boots in winter. Belt it or let it flow. My fave combo was worn over dark bootcut jeans and tan booties. Bundles well with my Talbot houndstooth coat.
