CHIC black flare dress NWT

LITERALLY never worn, except tried on by me when I first got it from a fancy online boutique. It's been living in my closet for like 3 years, poor thing! It's very flowy and can be worn casual or dressed up. Gold accent buttons down the front. Can be worn 2 ways, cold shoulder with the hanging straps, or you can tuck those in and wear it off the shoulder at the top where the "sleeves" have a white lining accent. It was very expensive but I'm willing to let it go super cheap, make me an offer!
