adegr Hi @harrisjulia, Chanel as a brand does run a bit narrow in the shoes but I can say that these are a size 11 equivalent. To the best of my knowledge the size 42 is the largest size Chanel has in these flats. Happy to upload a picture with a tape measure as a reference to help!
