CHANEL CC Vintage Strass Costume Necklace

Authentic vintage Chanel CC pendant necklace, circa 1990s. Pendant measures approx. 1" x 1" (slightly larger than a U.S. quarter). Double-sided with champagne strass crystals on both front and back. Original Chanel rope chain, approx. 17" in length, with oval “CHANEL © / Made in France” hangtag. Condition: The charm is in good/fair condition for its 30 year’s old age. Some crystals were professionally replaced and secured recently by Chanel in a service repair (receipt included). The receipt shown is not the original receipt, but the repair receipt. Please note the repair total. Chain gold plating, O-ring, and clasp shows significant tarnish, but especially the chain. The clasp is strong, as are O-rings and fully functional. Some photos show the comparison between gold jewelry versus the chain, pendant, and necklace as a whole. Unfortunately, Chanel is unable to re-plate. Includes: Chanel jewelry box, protective fabric pouch, and card, with Chanel repair receipt enclosed. The repair is under warranty for one year with Chanel. The box has a small tear on the corner and residue from when the original sales sticker was removed. A rare and collectible Chanel necklace with full provenance, for both wearing or saving as an example of a traditional CC vintage costume necklace.
