NWOT. Never used, stickers still in tact. This was dropped while being transported and has a couple nicks in the lacquer on the handle. Not very noticeable but they are there. Additionally, on the INSIDE of the open umbrella, there is minor color transfer from the print on some of the white areas. Does not affect the appearance of the outside of the umbrella whatsoever. Priced accordingly.
