The cork heel has a silver and beige chain at the bottom. Each pump has the "CC" on the heel. The heel height is 4.5" if measured from the back of the heel. The platform is 3/8 inch by the toe and 3/4 inch by the sides. The inside heel to toe measurement is 10". This style did NOT seem to run a small and is more similar to a US size 8/8.5 NO box and NO dust covers. The size 39.5 shoes have been worn but in great condition. NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE!
