Hi, I find that Chanel can sometimes run a full size small. Does this style run small or true to size? Could you measure the insole?
What size do you wear and did they fit you?

@suzi_f Hi! I’m sorry it’s been a while since you asked your question. I will measure the insole shortly but for the time being, they seem to run true to size. I wear a size 7 1/2 and when I wore these, even with a thick sock they were still a little too loose. They weren’t tremendously loose, so in my opinion they’re just about a true US 8 1/2. My mom is a size 8 and when she tried these on with a thick sock, she said they were perfect. I hope this helps.
