CESARE PACIOTTI Red High Heel Thong Sandals. Jewels, beads, pearls & mirrors across instep. Raw silk fabric foot bed. 3 1/2 inch heel. European Size 39 1/2. U.S. Size 8 1/2. Made in Italy. As you can see from soles, they have never been worn, just tried on. The only flaws I see are one very small crystal missing from left shoe on inside arch side, so not highly visible spot. Also, small blemish on left foot bed, unseen when wearing. Bought without walking in them enough! Too small for me :-(.
