CERFAGLI VINTAGE 15" NECKACE W/SOLID STERLING ROUND PENDANT

This Vintage piece made by Italian artist Cerfagli is a 15" green cord necklace with a large solid sterling silver round pendant that measures 2.5" x 2.25". The pendant is heavy and signed. It is also stamped 925 and another line of numbers that have been worn so hard to make out numbers. The toggle clasp is also sterling. One of a kind and hard to find. Weighs 35 grams.
