CECE Nordstrom Small Soft Ecru Holiday Affair Blouse NWT!

For your consideration: a lovely new with tags soft ecru or cream collared long sleeved blouse with a ruffled hem from CeCe in size small. This is the Holiday Affair blouse and it is gorgeous--the texture, the buttoned cuffs that also have a ruffled edge and the covered button placket made this a very special item. I wish it was my size! Laying flat, armpit to armpit measures approx. 18"; Armpit to cuff measures approx . 18.5"; Shoulder to hem measures approx. 23.5". There is one small blemish near the right shoulder, although I don't think it will be noticeable upon wear. I have included a picture of the mark, which may come out upon laundering, but I cannot be certain.
