CAbi orange-red & white print pleated shirt dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @greenscotch. Loved it and its in excellent condition, but unfortunately it's a little too big on me. Has a more generous and open waist. *Note, the dress does not have the matching waist tie as seen in the first pic.
