CAbi blue geometric print tab sleeve blouse

This item used to be a knee length dress but was cut off to make a blouse. Will need to be worn tucked in as hem is frayed. Price reflects defect. Buttons up the front and sleeves feature button cuffs as well as tabs so they can be worn either tabbed or full length. Pretty cobalt blue/light tan geometric print. Two buttoned breast pockets. Approx 18” from armpit to armpit and 28” from shoulder to uneven hem
