CAbi Navy Burnout Velvet Blouse Size Small

Navy blue blouse in velvet with burnout circles (or large polka dots). I did notice toward the bottom of the front there is one section where a bit more of the velvet is gone (see third photo). However, I tried the blouse on to see if it is noticeable when wearing and it honestly isn't at all.
