CAbi 2 layer smocked strapless top in size L. Not kidding you, I thought this was a skirt, so I suppose it can be worn either way. Top layer is printed chiffon over a printed lining. Colors are blue and white. 100% polyester and 100% rayon. In good used condition. Measurements are approximate in flat lay Across top edge 16 in. Smock depth 5 in. Length 18.5 in.
