CATO Dress - Size Small - Elastic Waistband

Such a nice dress! Don't think it was ever worn but, I did wash it. Has an elastic waist which allows it to stretch comfortably from about 15 inches to about 19 inches. Round neck which can easily be embellished with several colored necklaces or even a broach! The pattern is reminiscent of a paisley type design. You will absolutely get a lot of use of this dress! Measurements (lying flat): Pit to Pit: ~ 19" Waist - ~15"-!9"
