This skirt is a sample bought from the sample sale. It was sold as is. And you can see a red mark on the label which indicates that it’s a sample and could have imperfections. There is a tear in the back on the waist line but since there’s a lining in the same pattern it doesn’t really show. The waist is elastic There’s a short skirt in the same print under it so it’s not see through on the butt hip area.
