This is a strapless dress and jacket blazer set by Carmen Marc VALVO. The jacket is a 10 and the dress is a 12. Black jacquard fabric with floral design. Lace details. Dress has a corset with boning built in. Midi length with hidden back zipper. I believe this is vintage but I’m unsure. Foot and flare dress. Polyester and acetate shell with acetate lining. Dry clean. Jacket has many tiny buttons down the front and shoulder pads.
