This is a cowl neck drapey sleeveless beaded top by Carmen Marc valvo collection in a size 6. No fabric content or care label present. The velvet has tufted areas and the only way I can think of to describe that is velvet burnout, but I’m not sure if this Is the correct term. Please see photos. Beaded.
