Im selling this pretty sheer dress/tunic or even pool cover up that has an empire waist, ruffled hem, collar has adjustable string so you can wear it off the shoulder as well. 3/4 arm sleeves with elastic cuffs. Cool geometric print in of blue, black, aqua. It’s a beautiful piece. To wear as a dress you’ll need an under shirt since it’s very sheer. EUC.
