I bought this backpack in 2023 for work. After using it for one week, I realized it was not big enough to fit all the things I bring to work with me. The backpack is barely used and in pristine condition. It still has the 2L hydration reservoir wrapped in plastic and has never been used. All the zippers and straps work, and there are no stains on the bag. The bag is practically brand new. I do not have the packaging from which the bag came.
