CACHÉ size 8 black/white floral sleeveless sheath dress nylon/polyester/spandex

THIS STRIKING BLACK AND WHITE FLORAL SLEEVELESS SHEATH DRESS BY CACHÉ, SIZE 8, is pre-owned, an estate-sale purchase, but apparently unworn, with an original tag attached (pictures #13 & 14), in near-perfect condition, with no defects, damage, or signs of wear. It features a bold floral pattern, flowers and foliage, partly print, partly embroidered, on a black background. The upper back, an insert in the V neck in front (picture #9), and a 3.5" band around the hemline (picture #10) are a black mesh fabric. It's fully lined (except for the black mesh elements) in lustrous black 100% polyester fabric and closes with a clasp and zipper in back. The outer fabric is a blend of nylon (74%), polyester (18%), and spandex (8%), very stretchy. The "combination" (I think that's the black mesh) is 100% polyester. Hand wash cold and line dry are recommended. The stated size is 8, but prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of a dress that they know fits well prior to purchase. Measurements are: chest, pit to pit 17", stretches to about 18.5"; waist 14.5", stretches to about 16"; hips 17.5", stretches to about 19"; hemline 18.25"; shoulder 13.5"; length (in back, neckline to hem) 36.25". If you like the dress but not the price, don’t despair, I’m willing to negotiate. Make me an offer.
