C & Z Dress Shorts Bright Orange/Red Size Small, NWT

These dressy shorts are by C&Z. They have a tie front, side pockets and elastic at the waist. The legs of the shorts have a ruffle and there is a 4 inch inseam. Shorts are a size small and are new with tags. And they are a polyester and spandex blend.
