Vintage and RARE Celia Sebiri Ring Hand signed C. Sebiri, this piece is from her earlier years of hand crafter jewelry before she later designed pieces for Avon. Multicolored oval with chipped stone inlay on the outer rim, and large high profile abstract rose-like design cabochon set in brass.
