C 1880s Clarified Gelatine Recipes Peter Cooper Original Jello Desserts Gelatin

This approximately 140-year-old paper measures 9x6 and is in good condition. There is some chipping at the edges and a slight discoloration- see pics. Peter Cooper was a chemist who invented gelatin. After Cooper died his heirs sold and the new owners renamed it Jello.
