By the Way brand, Riley Mini Dress originally purchased on Revolve. Never worn but one tag removed to try on. Has been in closet ever since, great condition. Blue lace pattern over beige underlining. length appx 34" waist appx 13.25" The hip area is a bit wider than waist but not by much and there isn't much give because of the lace.
