Cute summer dress, flowy and beautiful tiered design Black and Cream. Great condition! **as I was looking “per a buyers request” to see if the dress has lining on the lower part of the dress I noticed the previous owner of this dress cut the inside side tag off and it seems to have sown the dress on the side, not noticeable when on as the design of it is flowy and loose, but I wanted to mention it here** Other then that the dress is beautiful and has no flaws
