This ByAnthropologie Dress is an empire-style midi dress. There is a band under the bust line, and the skirt is 25” in length under that. The bottom of the skirt has a ruffle detail. The top is ruched, and there is a puff sleeve. There is a lining of similar fabric. This dress is an XS Petite, from Anthropologie. Excellent condition, only worn once.
