sfnmkris Hello, that gauge sounds huge, just wanted to double check, most cartilage is 16 gauge. Can you post a picture of the back of the piece?

virtuous561 @sfnmkris I can when I get home.. it is a 12/14 gauge .. as far as cartilage piercings go it’s all about personal preference. Also consider the heavier the piece which this one is kinda heavy the larger you should want the gauge to be.. if you put an 18 gauge threaded end in a large heavy piece it’s likely the thread will break off over time ( sleeping on it , normal wear etc )
