This is a Bvla yellow gold Helana with a genuine 3 mm trillion AA ruby and 1 mm chocolate diamonds accents! This specific piece is a 16/18 gauge threaded end set in yellow gold. Overall diameter is 6mm Their are so many places you could wear this but my favorite is the conch as it catches the light perfectly my cover photo should show this :3 Natural rubies especially larger sized ones can be quite expensive.
