sro152 I ordered 2 items on 9/15/24, but they never shipped despite several messages. After weeks, you replied that you didn’t know how to set your account to “vacation mode,” which I understand. However, you were active during this time and could’ve notified me. You said you’d ship in 1-2 days, but it’s now 4 days and nothing has shipped. PM support has canceled my order. I chose you based on good reviews. Can you make this right, even though the order is canceled?

I'm the Project Manager. retirement got boring and I'm just about to close this land deal I've been working on for 2 years it should be me about 16 mil. dollars let's see how that looks. 16,000,000,00 WOW now that's alot in my book I know not
